By entering the Aevere × FlowFest 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Aevere LLC is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
“Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, step-parent, step-child, step-sibling, and the spouse of any such person, regardless of where they reside.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 14, 2026 and ends at 4:00 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
FlowFest 2026 takes place on September 19 and September 20, 2026 at the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for online entries.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting:

and completing and submitting the official Sweepstakes entry form with a valid email address and any other required information.
Entry into the Sweepstakes is free.
No purchase, payment, donation, product trial, social-media follow, email-marketing consent, or other consideration is required to enter or win.
Purchasing an Aevere product or service will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Attendance at FlowFest is not required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual through different email addresses, identities, accounts, automated systems, or other methods may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated entry method, or other mechanical or electronic means designed to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited and may be disqualified.
Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, illegible, late, lost, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.
The Sweepstakes will award a total of four (4) prizes to four (4) separate winners, consisting of two Saturday prizes and two Sunday prizes.
All eligible entries received from the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period through 5:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 19, 2026 will be included in the Saturday drawing.
Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random:
An entrant selected as a Saturday winner will be removed from eligibility for subsequent drawings.
Eligible entrants who are not selected as Saturday winners will automatically remain eligible for the Sunday drawing. No additional entry is necessary.
All remaining eligible non-winning entries received through 4:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 20, 2026 will be included in the Sunday drawing.
Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random:
Entries received after the Saturday drawing cutoff but before the Sunday entry deadline will be eligible for the Sunday drawing only.
Each individual may win no more than one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes.

Prize values are stated as of the date these Official Rules are published. Actual retail prices may fluctuate.
No cash equivalent or cash redemption is available.
Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged by the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right, if a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All prize details not specifically stated in these Official Rules are at Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each applicable drawing.
The Saturday drawing will include two prize-winning opportunities among all eligible entries received by the Saturday cutoff.
The Sunday drawing will include two prize-winning opportunities among all remaining eligible entries received by the Sunday cutoff.
No purchase or other payment affects an entrant’s odds of winning.
Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from the applicable pool of eligible entries.
The Saturday drawing is expected to take place on or about September 19, 2026, following the Saturday entry cutoff.
The Sunday drawing is expected to take place on or about September 20, 2026, following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, administration, drawing procedures, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.
Potential winners will be notified using the email address submitted with their Sweepstakes entry.
A potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification is sent unless Sponsor specifies a different response deadline in the notification.
A potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility.
Sponsor may also require a potential winner to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where legally permitted, or other reasonably necessary prize-claim documentation.
If a potential winner:
the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
A winner who is present at FlowFest may be offered the opportunity to receive the prize at the event.
Physical attendance at FlowFest is not required to receive a prize.
If a winner does not receive the prize in person, Sponsor will arrange shipment to a valid United States mailing address provided by the winner.
Sponsor will pay ordinary shipping costs associated with delivering the prize to the winner.
Winners will not be required to pay a shipping fee, handling fee, processing fee, or other fee to receive a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information supplied by a winner.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to the extent required by law.
Sponsor will provide any tax documentation required by applicable law.
No winner will be required to make a payment to Sponsor in order to claim a prize.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not require an entrant to consent to receive promotional email or marketing communications from Aevere.
If an entrant separately chooses to opt in to Aevere marketing communications, that consent is voluntary and will not affect the entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.
Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with announcing the Sweepstakes results without additional compensation.
Any additional use of a winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, personal story, or other promotional content will be subject to any additional permissions required by applicable law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, event cancellation, public-health concerns, natural disaster, equipment failure, internet outage, security incident, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, where lawful and reasonably practicable, award the remaining prizes by random drawing from among eligible entries received before termination.
Sponsor will not manipulate the Sweepstakes so that winners are predetermined or so that entrants in a particular geographic location or time period receive an unfair advantage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, or not received as a result of technical problems, internet or network failures, email filtering, website errors, telecommunications failures, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive an entrant of any consumer-protection right or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws of the entrant’s state of residence.
Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected and used for Sweepstakes administration, including verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, fulfilling prizes, preventing fraud, and maintaining legally required records.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Aevere’s Privacy Policy, available on aevere.com.
Sweepstakes entry information will not automatically be used for promotional email marketing unless the entrant has separately consented to receive such communications.
After all winners have been confirmed, a list identifying the winners by first name, last initial, city, and state may be requested by contacting Sponsor through the contact information provided on aevere.com.
Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Where required by law, the winner list will be provided without charge.
The Aevere × FlowFest 2026 Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Aevere LLC.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, FlowFest, the U.S. National Whitewater Center, and their respective owners, organizers, affiliates, employees, and representatives are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration, winner selection, or prize fulfillment.
References to FlowFest identify the event at which Aevere will be participating and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of the Sweepstakes by the event organizer or venue.
To the extent the Sweepstakes is promoted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another social-media platform, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with such platform.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that any information provided in connection with the Sweepstakes is being provided to Sponsor and not to the applicable social-media platform.
No social-media purchase, follow, like, share, comment, tag, or other engagement is required to enter or win unless expressly described as an optional activity.
If any portion of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s acknowledgment that the entrant has read, understands, and agrees to these Official Rules.
