Flat-Rate & Expedited Shipping Options

For orders under $29 — or for those who prefer faster delivery — we offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Ground (3–7 Business Days): $5.95

  • Expedited (2–3 Business Days): $12.95

  • Express (1–2 Business Days): $19.95

Shipping speed options are displayed clearly during checkout so you can choose what works best for you.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Ground: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping

  • Expedited & Express: Delivery timelines vary based on location and carrier

During periods of high demand or limited Founder Releases, timelines may vary slightly. If there are any delays, we’ll communicate clearly and proactively.

 

Where We Ship

At this time, Aevere ships within the United States only.

We’re actively working on expanding international shipping and will share updates as soon as it becomes available.

 

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some Aevere products are offered as limited Founder Releases or pre-orders to ensure thoughtful production and quality.

If an item is available for pre-order:

  • The estimated ship window will be clearly noted on the product page

  • You’ll receive updates as your order moves closer to fulfillment

  • We never ship without transparency

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If your order doesn’t feel like the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Products must be returned in original condition

  • Items should be unused or gently used

  • Digital products and app access are non-refundable

  • Founder Kits and limited releases are still eligible under our standard return policy

Return Shipping

Aevere covers return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the 30-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t look right, we’ve got you covered.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:
